Roasted cabbage • Sea bass • Herb-forward finish
What you'll recognize: cabbage, potatoes, onion and garlic. The GNO gourmet version adds sea bass, thyme, basil, paprika, ginger or turmeric, and Holistic Fire Cream Sauce.
1 head cabbage · 2–3 potatoes · ½ onion · 4 garlic cloves · 2 sea bass fillets · avocado oil · basil, thyme and paprika · turmeric and/or ginger. The sauce uses coconut cream, aromatic spices and the original GNO signature Jefferson Ocean Bourbon ingredient.
GNO learning focus: intentional flavor layering, vegetable foundation, food traditions and portion composition—not a promise to treat a condition.
Contains fish; coconut cream is part of the sauce. This source version contains alcohol as a cooking ingredient. Cooking does not necessarily remove all alcohol. Cooking times vary with fish thickness; cook fish to a safe internal temperature.
Blueberries • Chia or flax • A measured sweetness remix
What changes: whole-wheat pastry flour and almond flour form the base; blueberries, chia or flax and measured honey change the balance while keeping the original bakery-style approach.
2 eggs · whole-wheat pastry flour · almond flour · blueberries · chia or flax · cinnamon · raw honey · Greek yogurt · unsweetened almond milk · butter/coconut oil, plus a light almond/coconut flour crunch topping.
GNO learning focus: ingredient awareness, portion choice, measured sweetness and fiber-containing additions.
The source title includes “Glucose-Safe,” but no baked good is guaranteed safe for everyone's glucose needs. Source recipe includes gluten, eggs, dairy and tree nuts; individual substitutions must be evaluated.
Bananas • Homemade wafers • A real scratch-built pudding
What makes this a GNO remix: the pudding is thickened with arrowroot or tapioca, and the wafers are made from scratch rather than boxed mixes or packaged cookies.
Plant milk, arrowroot or tapioca, measured honey/maple/date sweetener, vanilla, bananas and coconut whip. Wafers: almond flour, arrowroot, baking powder, oil, vanilla, coconut/date sugar and an egg or flax egg.
GNO learning focus: understanding the ingredients and methods in familiar desserts.
Contains almonds; choose substitutions for any allergy or individual dietary restriction.
Ginger • Garlic • Thyme • Rosemary
What you learn: warming oil with garlic, ginger, turmeric, paprika and fresh herbs builds an aromatic cooking base for vegetables, grain bowls and appropriate fish dishes.
1 cup olive or avocado oil · vegan or Amish butter · garlic · ginger · turmeric · smoked paprika · black pepper · Celtic salt · rosemary and thyme.
GNO learning focus: reproducible flavor-building systems and cooking technique.
Herb/garlic-infused oils require careful food-safety handling; do not store at room temperature. The member recipe experience should supply tested safety and ingredient notes.

GNO's beverage learning includes juices, herbal infusions, teas and mixers. The important distinction is understanding each ingredient, the preparation method, allergies and medication considerations—before treating a beverage as a personalized plan.

This describes the GNO app experience being developed, not an activated online checkout or clinical recommendation.
