GNO FOOD REMIX 01 · GOURMET EDITION

Herbal Heat
Cabbage Boil

Roasted cabbage • Sea bass • Herb-forward finish

Keep the comfort. Rebuild the preparation.

What you'll recognize: cabbage, potatoes, onion and garlic. The GNO gourmet version adds sea bass, thyme, basil, paprika, ginger or turmeric, and Holistic Fire Cream Sauce.

Open sample recipe card

Ingredients in the source GNO version

1 head cabbage · 2–3 potatoes · ½ onion · 4 garlic cloves · 2 sea bass fillets · avocado oil · basil, thyme and paprika · turmeric and/or ginger. The sauce uses coconut cream, aromatic spices and the original GNO signature Jefferson Ocean Bourbon ingredient.

Preparation preview

  1. Prepare cabbage as the visible base or bowl; cut potatoes and onion for roasting.
  2. Roast potatoes and onion at 425°F for approximately 10–12 minutes to start the cooking process.
  3. Season and cook the fish, then plate on cabbage and finish with Holistic Fire Cream Sauce.

GNO learning focus: intentional flavor layering, vegetable foundation, food traditions and portion composition—not a promise to treat a condition.

Contains fish; coconut cream is part of the sauce. This source version contains alcohol as a cooking ingredient. Cooking does not necessarily remove all alcohol. Cooking times vary with fish thickness; cook fish to a safe internal temperature.

GNO FOOD REMIX 02 · BAKING

Blueberry
Wellness Muffins

Blueberries • Chia or flax • A measured sweetness remix

A muffin can still be a muffin.

What changes: whole-wheat pastry flour and almond flour form the base; blueberries, chia or flax and measured honey change the balance while keeping the original bakery-style approach.

Open sample recipe card

Ingredients in the GNO recipe

2 eggs · whole-wheat pastry flour · almond flour · blueberries · chia or flax · cinnamon · raw honey · Greek yogurt · unsweetened almond milk · butter/coconut oil, plus a light almond/coconut flour crunch topping.

Preparation preview

  1. Combine wet and dry ingredients separately; fold together gently, then add blueberries.
  2. Fill muffin cups roughly three-quarters full and top lightly with the crunch mixture.
  3. Begin at 425°F for 5 minutes, then reduce to 350°F for approximately 10–12 minutes; check doneness.

GNO learning focus: ingredient awareness, portion choice, measured sweetness and fiber-containing additions.

The source title includes “Glucose-Safe,” but no baked good is guaranteed safe for everyone's glucose needs. Source recipe includes gluten, eggs, dairy and tree nuts; individual substitutions must be evaluated.

GNO FOOD REMIX 03 · FROM SCRATCH

Holistic
Banana Pudding

Bananas • Homemade wafers • A real scratch-built pudding

Keep the tradition. Learn to make each layer.

What makes this a GNO remix: the pudding is thickened with arrowroot or tapioca, and the wafers are made from scratch rather than boxed mixes or packaged cookies.

Open sample recipe card

Ingredient preview

Plant milk, arrowroot or tapioca, measured honey/maple/date sweetener, vanilla, bananas and coconut whip. Wafers: almond flour, arrowroot, baking powder, oil, vanilla, coconut/date sugar and an egg or flax egg.

Preparation preview

  1. Make the homemade wafers, chill the dough 10–15 minutes, then bake at 325°F for about 10–13 minutes.
  2. Whisk pudding ingredients while cool, then cook over medium-low heat until spoonable.
  3. Layer cooled wafers, banana slices, pudding and coconut whip; chill for at least 2 hours.

GNO learning focus: understanding the ingredients and methods in familiar desserts.

Contains almonds; choose substitutions for any allergy or individual dietary restriction.

GNO FOOD REMIX 09 · COOKING SYSTEM

GNO Gold
Infusion

Ginger • Garlic • Thyme • Rosemary

Build flavor in the pan—not from an added heavy pour.

What you learn: warming oil with garlic, ginger, turmeric, paprika and fresh herbs builds an aromatic cooking base for vegetables, grain bowls and appropriate fish dishes.

Open sample recipe card

Original GNO master blend

1 cup olive or avocado oil · vegan or Amish butter · garlic · ginger · turmeric · smoked paprika · black pepper · Celtic salt · rosemary and thyme.

Preparation preview

  1. Warm the oil and butter gently over low heat.
  2. Add ginger and garlic for 2–3 minutes, then aromatics and herbs.
  3. Infuse over low heat for roughly 10–15 minutes and use as a culinary base.

GNO learning focus: reproducible flavor-building systems and cooking technique.

Herb/garlic-infused oils require careful food-safety handling; do not store at room temperature. The member recipe experience should supply tested safety and ingredient notes.

Ground-to-Glass

What goes into your glass matters.

GNO's beverage learning includes juices, herbal infusions, teas and mixers. The important distinction is understanding each ingredient, the preparation method, allergies and medication considerations—before treating a beverage as a personalized plan.
